Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines what is and is not permitted when using the Nexora platform license. It applies to every customer, end user and server connected to the Platform. By registering or using the Platform, you agree to act in accordance with this Policy and with our Terms of Service.
1. Software Only
Nexora is a software licensing platform. We license a management panel; we do not provide, host, resell or broker any media content, channels, sources or streams. You are solely responsible for the content you manage with the Platform and for ensuring you have every legal right to store, use and distribute it.
2. You Must Comply With The Law
- You will not use the Platform to store, transmit or distribute content that violates any applicable law or regulation in any jurisdiction where you operate.
- You will not use the Platform in connection with content you do not have the legal right to use or make available.
- You will not use the Platform to infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights or other legal rights of any third party.
3. Platform Integrity & Security
- You will not attempt to bypass, disable, reverse-engineer or interfere with Platform licensing, quotas, security or tenant isolation.
- You will not probe, scan or test the Platform's infrastructure, or the servers of other customers, unless authorized by us.
- You will not use the Platform to attack, disrupt or overload any network, service or device, including our own.
- You will not share, resell or sublicense access to the Platform beyond what your account and license allow.
4. Accounts & Credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.
- You will notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
- You will not create accounts for the purpose of circumventing a suspension, refund or chargeback.
5. Your Infrastructure
Servers you connect to the Platform remain yours and under your control. You are responsible for the security and lawful operation of those servers, the software you run on them, and any content or services they make available. Nexora exercises no control over content on your infrastructure and is not a host for it.
6. Enforcement
We may suspend accounts, disable access or terminate a license when we believe, in good faith, that this Policy or the Terms of Service have been breached. Where possible we will warn you first and give you a reasonable chance to correct the issue. Suspension of access does not delete your data, in line with our Terms of Service.
